What Are the Opening Hours?
On Thursday, 18 March, the event will be open to visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The registration desk at the entrance will be open from 8:30 a.m. The official opening will take place at 9:15 a.m. in the Hercules room, which is the networking area featuring the exhibitors’ stands.
How Much Does It Cost to Visit Credit Expo?
Admission to Credit Expo is free, provided that you belong to the visitor target audience. Eligibility is determined by the organisers.
Where Can I Register Online for Credit Expo?
You can register here free of charge to visit Credit Expo. To avoid waiting at the registration desk, please bring your admission ticket with its QR code on your smartphone or tablet. After your ticket has been scanned, you will receive your personalised badge and lanyard.
Do I Have to Pay for Parking?
No. Visitors and exhibitors can park free of charge in De Montil’s private car park throughout the day.
Is Catering Available at Credit Expo?
Yes. Four catering stations are located throughout the networking area, where complimentary food and drinks will be available all day.
Can I Attend with Some of My Colleagues from the Finance Department?
Yes, absolutely – we would be delighted to welcome them! Each colleague must register individually as a visitor and must belong to the visitor target audience. Every admission ticket is personal and grants admission to one person only.
Do I Need to Cancel If I Am Unable to Attend?
Yes, please. If you are unable to attend after registering, we kindly ask you to cancel by emailing info@creditexpo.be no later than two working days before the event. This allows us to adjust our capacity and, in particular, the catering arrangements to the expected number of visitors. After all, nobody wants food to go to waste.
What Happens If I Forget to Cancel?
In the event of an unexplained no-show, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €50, excluding VAT, to cover the catering costs already incurred.
Will the Presentations Be Available Online Afterwards?
No, the presentations will not be published online after the event. If you would like to receive a specific presentation afterwards, please email the relevant exhibitor or speaker directly.
